To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our guests, we maintain strict health protocols:
Vaccinations: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be provided before or upon arrival for your dog's first visit.
Kennel Cough: A valid Kennel Cough vaccination is mandatory for all Hotel and Daycare services.
Medical History: Owners must disclose any underlying health conditions, recent surgeries, or allergies prior to arrival so we can provide tailored, safe care.
Social Harmony: We celebrate dogs of all shapes and sizes, but safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog displaying aggressive behaviour.

In our salon, we strictly prioritise humanity over vanity.
Matted Coats: If a guest arrives with a severely matted coat, we will act in the best interest of the dog's comfort and skin health.
Additional Fees: Please note that an additional charge applies for de-matting services due to the extra time and specialist care required.
Professional Standards: All grooming is performed by a qualified professional holding a QQI Level 6 Distinction and membership in the IPDGA.

We operate on a strictly scheduled basis to maintain a calm and structured environment.
Cancellations: We require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations to maintain our boutique environment.
Fees: Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee. Repeated "No-Shows" may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
Sundays: Open for boarding arrivals and collections only; daycare services are not available.

Food: Please bring your dog's own food to maintain their regular diet and prevent digestive upset.
Bedding & Comfort: We provide luxury suites featuring orthopaedic bedding, ambient lighting, and full insulation.
Liability: Owners remain liable for any significant damage caused by their pet to our bespoke facility.
