Bark Avenue Dog Hotel – Terms & Conditions

1. Health & Wellbeing

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our guests, all dogs must be fully vaccinated.

• Vaccinations: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations must be provided before or upon arrival for your first visit.

• Kennel Cough: A valid Kennel Cough vaccination is mandatory for all Hotel and Daycare services.

• Medical History: Owners must disclose any underlying health conditions, recent surgeries, or allergies prior to arrival so we can provide tailored, safe care.

2. Tailored Bookings & Cancellations

To maintain our boutique environment and high staff-to-dog ratio, we require 48 hours' notice for all cancellations.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival may incur a cancellation fee.

• To ensure fairness to all our clients, repeated "No-Shows" may result in the requirement of a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.

3. Arrival & Collection Policy

We operate on a strictly scheduled basis to maintain a calm and structured environment for the dogs in our care.

• 15-Minute Grace Period: If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled drop-off or grooming appointment, we may need to reschedule your booking to avoid disrupting the care of other guests.

• Late Collection: Please ensure your dog is collected by the agreed time.

4. Social Harmony & Safety

While we celebrate dogs of all shapes and sizes, the safety of our guests and team is our top priority.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog displaying aggressive or unmanageable behaviour that compromises the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

• Owners remain liable for any significant damage caused by their pet to our bespoke facility or equipment.

5. Our Boutique Grooming Philosophy

In our salon, we strictly prioritise humanity over vanity. If a guest arrives with a severely matted coat, we will act in the best interest of the dog's comfort and skin health. This may require a "shave down" to remove mats safely. We will make every effort to consult you before proceeding.

6. Bark Avenue Stars (Media Release)

We love sharing the joy of our happy guests! By booking with Bark Avenue, you agree that photos or videos of your dog enjoying our facility may be featured on our official website and social media channels.
